At BrandcomZ, we understand that plans can change. That’s why we've made our order cancellation process simple and flexible for our customers.

🕒 Order Cancellation Before Shipping

  1. You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it or before it is shipped.

Once we confirm the cancellation, the refund (if already paid) will be initiated immediately.

🚚 Cancellation After Shipping

  1. If your order has already been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
  2. In such cases, you may choose to refuse delivery or raise a return request after the order is delivered. The return and refund will be handled as per our Refund & Return Policy.

💸 Refund Timeline

  1. Refunds for prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original mode of payment after successful cancellation.
  2. For COD orders, no charges or deductions apply if canceled before dispatch.

📍 Exceptions

  1. Orders for customized or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once approved and processed.
  2. BrandcomZ reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock unavailability, payment failure, or other unforeseen issues. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded.
