At BrandcomZ, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with every purchase. However, if you are not fully happy with your order, we're here to help with a smooth and hassle-free return and refund process.

Return Eligibility

You can request a return or replacement if:

  1. The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  2. The product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact
  3. The return request is placed within 7 days of delivery

📌 Note: Certain items like personal care products, customized items, or perishables are not eligible for returns due to hygiene or handling reasons.

🔄 Return Process

  2. Approval & Pickup: Once approved, our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your location (if applicable).
  3. Product Inspection: After we receive the product, our QC team will inspect it.
  4. Refund/Replacement: Upon successful verification, your refund or replacement will be processed.

💳 Refund Mode & Timeline

  1. Refunds are processed to the original payment method (UPI, bank account, credit/debit card, etc.)
  2. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account after quality check
  3. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer or UPI

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  1. Products with physical damage not notified at the time of delivery
  2. Items returned without original tags, packaging, or accessories
  3. Custom-made, personalized, or hygiene-related products

❌ Order Cancellation

  1. Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
  2. If the order is already dispatched, you can reject the delivery or request a return after it arrives
